Our family has signed up for Paul’s Dirty Enduro at the Ganaraska Forest. Dave Naulls (@EndoCycle) and myself (@twinumbertwo) are doing the 60km. loop while Beverly Naulls, Elijah Naulls are riding the 30km. course for the event. However, in order for our family to participate, we need sponsorships to gain our entry to the event.
Paul’s Dirty Enduro is a mountain bike event held annually with four looks to choose from: 100km, 60km, 30km and 15km. The event is held in memory of Paul Rush who was kickin’ mountainbiker who knew and loved the Ganaraska Forest and all its wonderful trails. For more information go to Paul’s FAQ page here.
Dave and I have been training hard to get our legs in sync with the rest of our bodies so we can complete the entire course. This means we have been doing weekly rides at Sir Sams Resort and going to the Ganaraska Forest whenever we have the time.
