Bike Build Progress Update

After a difficult start with not being able to get all the needed bike components from the same supplier and many delays from shipping, including courier breakdowns and shipments missing the boat, we were able to complete the bike. The new and proud owner of the Niner Air Nine Carbon custom build bike, Courtny Christ is happy to christen his new ride this comming Thanks Giving Monday at the Ganaraska Forest Centre, which is south of Peterborough.

Our goal is to give people an interactive and educational experience as they watch the mayhem progress. Taking photos as boxes are opened, showing step-by-step the assembly of a tubless wheel, and the installation of a press fit bottom bracket are just a few of the photo sessions we have included in the progression of the media.

Currently, we are puting together a compliation of videos and photos for your viewing pleasure, however; we are sad to say one of the memory cards used to document this exciting process failed, thus causing us to lose a very large proportion of media for the edit. We did manage to get some footage from our Contour camera which offers us a different prespective of how a bike can be assembled.

Below you will find some of the best photos from the session, and of course the ones we were able to save. Enjoy!
